"In The Ivory" is a culturally influenced project about my time spent in Ivory Coast. During my trip last summer, I wanted to make a project inspired by African culture and music. I intended on finishing the album out there, but things did not end up that way. Instead, I was forced to let go and stop trying to be in control of my situations. Through that I discovered something beautiful which is what In The Ivory is all about.
